Eternal Seas Review

Eternal Seas is a fun adventure story full of magic.  My daughter was really excited to receive Eternal Seas by Lexi Rees. We had fun this book as a family and my daughter got to learn about boats and smugglers along the way. The family in the book are really sweet and supportive of one another. This review was written by my 8 year old, I have just typed it up for her.

Such a small parcel shouldn’t cause experienced smugglers much trouble. But, as Finn and Aria discover, this is the most dangerous delivery of their lives. Together, they struggle to solve the mystery while the fate of an ancient civilisation depends on them, and time is running out …

This is my 8 year old daughters review. She gave it five stars.

I thought the plot was interesting because of the mystery of the relics and who the elders were. I found the storey very exciting and it made me want to keep reading. My favourite characters were Finn and Aria because they are both determined and did their best. Finn was very brave and Aria was more worried but she acted smarter.

The plot twist surprised me as I didn’t see it coming and this made me want to read more. My favourite thing about the story was finding out about blood magic and how it worked. The book was very fast paced making it all very exciting to read. I would recommend this book because it is really good. The ending made me want to read the next book.
